Carole RAVET : Ostéopathe de formation (CEESO Lyon, diplômée en 2011), j’ai suivi différents courants thérapeutiques (Senti Energétique, Biodynamie, Libération Somato-Emotionnelle, Fasciathérapie, Médecine Chinoise et Tibétaine, Haptonomie…). Ils se mêlent à ma pratique initiale d’ostéopathe pour une prise en charge plus globale du patient (approche dite « holistique »).
L’écoute intuitive permet une lecture plus subtile du patient, une ouverture vers son inconscient propice aux prises de conscience/guérison (Maladie = Mal a dit) lors des Séances Individuelles.

Pour les Temps Collectifs « Corps s’Eveille », j’ai reçu les Certifications de la Méthode de Gasquet (« Abdominaux, arrétez le massacre ») ainsi que du Yin Yoga (Camille Satya) pour encadrer la phase « pratique ».
Les divers enseignements reçus notamment par Wu Shi et Hamainya au sujet du Daoïsme, Bouddhisme, Yoga et Voie du Senti ou traditions Amérindiennes viennent compléter les phases « théoriques », pour une ouverture multi-culturelle riche en diversité.
Je tiens aussi à jour mes connaissances dans les domaines de la physiologie, des neurosciences et explorations des perceptions corporelles, avec notamment : La Tenségrité et l’ostéo-éveil de Michèle Tarento, la Théorie PolyVagale (TPV) et tout ce qui touche à la Régulation du Système Nerveux.
